Amend HB 84 by adding the following appropriately numbered 
SECTION to the bill and renumbering subsequent SECTIONS of the bill 
as appropriate:
	SECTION ____. Subchapter M, Chapter 521, Transportation 
Code, is amended by adding the Section 521.2712 to read as follows:
	Sec. 521.2712. OFFICES. A person required to renew a driver's 
license under Section 521.2711 must be given priority in line at a 
department office when renewing the license.
