Pursuant to a notice posted on April 26, 2007, and an announcement from the House floor on April 30, 2007, suspending the 5 day posting rule to allow the committee to consider HB 2838 which was reflected in the revised posting on May 1, 2007, and with permission to meet during the referral of bills, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Pena, at 8:54 p.m.
