Amend CSSB 69 (Senate committee printing) by adding the 
following appropriately numbered section to the bill and 
renumbering subsequent sections of the bill as appropriate:
	SECTION ____.  Section 531.048, Government Code, is amended 
by adding Subsection (d-1) to read as follows:
	(d-1)  Notwithstanding Subsection (d), from funds 
appropriated in C.S.S.B. 1, for the fiscal year 2010-2011 biennium, 
the Department of Family and Protective Services shall spend up to 
$12 million for the biennium to ensure that 95% of children in the 
department's conservatorship are visited by the child's caseworker 
at least one time each month.
