On April 7, 2009, the House Committee on Public Safety authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Public Safety held on March 9, 2009. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a notice posted on March 4, 2009, and permission to meet while the House is in session during bill referral on March 9, 2009, the House Committee on Public Safety met in a public hearing and was called to order by the Chairman Merritt at 3:31 p.m.
