CORRECTED MINUTES

 

On April 30, 2009, the House Committee on Transportation authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Transportation held on April 23, 2009. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a notice posted on April 17, 2009, and a suspension of the five day posting rule and all necessary rules on April 21, 2009 to consider HB 1264 and previous posted business, the House Committee on Transportation met in a public hearing on April 23, 2009 and was called to order by the chair, Representative Pickett, at 8:29 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:
