Relating to the facilitation, analysis, and implementation of high-speed passenger rail in this state.

Uresti
Relating to the use by a metropolitan rapid transit authority of the construction manager-at-risk method for the construction, rehabilitation, alteration, or repair of a facility.
 
At the Chairman's discretion, the Committee may also consider pending
business.
Those wishing to submit public testimony should limit oral remarks to 2
minutes.  If you wish to submit written testimony, please submit 15
copies, with your name and the corresponding bill number on each copy, to
the Committee Staff at the hearing.
