The Senate Transportation and Homeland Security Committee will hold a joint
hearing with the Senate Finance Committee on May 26, 2010 in room
E1.030 of the Capitol Extension. The Committee will hear invited and
public testimony regarding the Joint Committee Charge to examine
transportation funding concepts contained in legislation considered during
the 81st Legislature, Regular and Special Sessions. Analyze options and
make recommendations relating to historical funding strategies, including
prioritization of existing revenues, as well as alternative state and
local transportation funding concepts.
 
Those wishing to give public testimony, please limit prepared remarks to 3
minutes. If submitting written testimony, please provide 15 copies (plus 25
for Senate Finance), with your name on each copy, to the Committee staff.
