Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 28, 2011, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the acting chair Representative White at 2:05 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Coleman; Gonzales, Larry; Gooden; Hamilton; Jackson, Jim; Paxton; and White.
