Pursuant to a notice posted on May 12, 2011, the House Committee on Human Services met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Raymond, at 9:03 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Raymond; Morrison; Hopson; Hunter; and Taylor, Van.

 

A quorum was present.


 

SB 681

 

The chair laid out SB 681.

 

The chair recognized Representative Davis, John to explain SB 681.

Representative Hunter moved that SB 681, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
