Pursuant to permission granted to meet while the house is in session during reading and referral of bills on April 11, 2011 and to an announcement from the house floor on April 11, 2011, the House Committee on Local & Consent Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Thompson, at 2:33 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Thompson; Hancock; Bohac; Elkins; Larson; Orr; and Scott.

 

A quorum was present.

Representative Hancock moved that the floor amendments to HB 1301 and HB 1955 be approved to be offered during consideration of the Local, Consent, and Resolutions Calendar for Thursday, April 14, 2011.  The motion prevailed without objection.

 

Representative Hancock moved that the following measures be transferred over to the House General Calendars Committee: HB 407, HB 673. The motion prevailed without objection.

 

Representative Orr moved that the following measure not be placed on the calendar at this time:  HB 1843.  The motion prevailed without objection.
