Pursuant to a notice posted on April 1, 2011,  and a suspension of the 5-day  posting rule on April 4, 2011 to consider House Bill 114 and House Bill 2478, the House Committee on Public Health met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Kolkhorst, at 8:17 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Kolkhorst; Naishtat; Alvarado; Coleman; Davis, Sarah; Gonzales, Veronica; Laubenberg; Schwertner; and Zerwas.
