Pursuant to a notice posted on March 6, 2013, and permission granted on March 11, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Ways & Means met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hilderbran, at 3:33 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Hilderbran; Button; Eiland; Gonzalez, Naomi; and Ritter.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

Representative  Ritter moved that the March 4, 2013 minutes for the House Committee on Ways & Means be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.
