Pursuant to a notice posted on February 10, 2015, the House Committee on Appropriations, Subcommittee on ARTICLES VI, VII, VIII, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Gonzales, Larry, at 7:34 a.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Gonzales, Larry; Bell; Capriglione; Koop; Muņoz, Jr.; and Rodriguez, Justin.
A quorum was present.

At 12:40 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until upon final adjourn./recess.
