Pursuant to a notice posted on February 25, 2015, revised on February 26, 2015, the House Committee on Appropriations met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Otto, at 7:37 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Otto; Ashby; Bell; Bonnen, Greg; Burkett; Capriglione; Davis, Sarah; Gonzales, Larry; Howard; Hughes; Koop; Longoria; Miller, Rick; Phelan; Price; Raney; Rodriguez, Justin; Sheffield; VanDeaver; and Walle.

The chair laid out the subcommittee recommendations for the Department of Housing and Community Affairs.
