Pursuant to a notice posted on April 22, 2015, the House Committee on Appropriations met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Otto, at 8:08 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Otto; Ashby; Bell; Bonnen, Greg; Burkett; Capriglione; Davis, Sarah; Gonzales, Larry; Howard; Koop; Miller, Rick; Phelan; Price; Raney; and Sheffield.

The chair laid out HB 120.

 

The chair recognized Representative Flynn to explain HB 120.

 

The chair recognized Representative Flynn to close on HB 120.
