Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule and the suspension of all necessary rules on May 1, 2015, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule and the suspension of all necessary rules on May 4, 2015, the House Committee on Appropriations met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Otto, at 8:04 a.m.
