Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 29, 2015, and permission granted on May 29, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on International Trade & Intergovernmental Affairs met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Anchia, at 2:31 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Anchia; Bernal; Burrows; Koop; and Turner, Scott.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

HCR 140

 

The chair laid out HCR 140.

 

The chair recognized Representative Vo to explain HCR 140.

 

The chair recognized Representative Vo to close on HCR 140.

 

Representative Koop moved that HCR 140, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                           Representatives Anchia; Bernal; Burrows; Koop; Turner, Scott (5).

 

Nays:                           None (0).

 

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

 

Absent:                        Representatives Lozano; Anderson, Rodney (2).

 

At 2:38 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
