CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On April 23, 2015, the House Committee on Business & Industry authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Business & Industry held on April 16, 2015. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 16, 2015, and permission granted on April 16, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Business & Industry met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Oliveira, at 1:16 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Oliveira; Simmons; Collier; Fletcher; Rinaldi; Romero, Jr.; and Villalba.

 

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB 492 as pending business.

 

Representative Villalba moved that HB 492, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
