Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 24, 2015, the House Committee on Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hunter, at 11:18 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Hunter; Cook; Geren; Huberty; King, Ken; Larson; Price; and Riddle.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

Representative Riddle moved to reconsider the vote that failed to set SB 575 on the Major State Calendar for Tuesday, May 26, 2015.  The motion to reconsider prevailed by the following record vote:

Nays:                           None (0).

 

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

Representative Cook moved to place the following measures: 

 

on the Major State Calendar for Tuesday, May 26, 2015:  SB 575.

 

The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Nays:                           None (0).
