Pursuant to a notice posted on March 6, 2015, and permission granted on March 12, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Coleman, at 11:32 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Coleman; Farias; Burrows; Romero, Jr.; Schubert; Spitzer; and Tinderholt.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

The committee met for organizational purposes and to hear invited testimony from entities under the committee’s purview.
