Pursuant to a notice posted on April 17, 2015, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule and all necessary rules on April 22, 2015 and on April 23, 2015, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Coleman, at 6:53 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Coleman; Farias; Burrows; Schubert; Spitzer; Tinderholt; and Wu.
