Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 21, 2015, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Coleman, at 4:14 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Coleman; Farias; Burrows; Romero, Jr.; Spitzer; Stickland; Tinderholt; and Wu.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

SB 1575

 

The chair laid out SB 1575 as pending business.

 

Representative Farias offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

 

Representative Farias moved that SB 1575, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
