Pursuant to a notice posted on February 27, 2015, and with permission granted on March 4, 2015 to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Herrero, at 11:57 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Herrero; Moody; Canales; Hunter; Shaheen; and Simpson.

 

A quorum was present.

At 1:54 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
