Pursuant to a notice posted on March 20, 2015, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on March 25, 2015, the House Committee on Economic & Small Business Development met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Button, at 8:06 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Button; Anderson, Charles "Doc"; Faircloth; Metcalf; Villalba; and Vo.
