Pursuant to a notice posted on March 4, 2015, the House Committee on Energy Resources met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Darby, at 10:08 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Darby; Paddie; Anchia; Canales; Craddick; Dale; Herrero; King, Phil; Landgraf; Meyer; and Wu.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

The committee met jointly with the International Trade and Intergovernmental Affairs Committee and listened to testimony given before the International Trade and Intergovernmental Affairs Committee. Please see the International Trade and Intergovernmental Affairs witness list of March 9, 2015.
