Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 16, 2015, the House Committee on Energy Resources met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Darby, at 12:11 p.m.

Representative Keffer offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The chair recognized Representative Keffer to explain the measure.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

 

Representative Keffer moved that HB 2207, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
