Pursuant to a notice posted on February 12, 2015, revised on February 13, 2015, the House Committee on Investments & Financial Services met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Parker, at 2:04 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Parker; Capriglione; Flynn; Landgraf; Pickett; and Stephenson.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

The Committee heard invited testimony from agencies under its jurisdiction.

At 5:27 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
