Pursuant to a notice posted on March 12, 2015, and permission granted on March 19, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on General Investigating & Ethics met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Kuempel, at 11:16 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Kuempel; Collier; Moody; and Turner, Chris.

 

A quorum was present.
