Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 17, 2015, and permission granted on April 17, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on General Investigating & Ethics met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Kuempel, at 10:33 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Kuempel; Collier; Davis, Sarah; Hunter; Larson; and Moody.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

HB 1690

 

The chair laid out HB 1690.

 

Representative Larson offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

 

Representative Davis, Sarah moved that HB 1690, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                           Representatives Kuempel; Davis, Sarah; Hunter; Larson (4).

 

Nays:                           Representatives Collier; Moody (2).
