Pursuant to a notice posted on March 6, 2015, the House Committee on Higher Education met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Zerwas, at 8:02 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Zerwas; Clardy; Crownover; Martinez, "Mando"; Raney; and Turner, Chris.
