Pursuant to a notice posted on May 27, 2016, the House Committee on Juvenile Justice & Family Issues met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Dutton, at 10:40 a.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Dutton; Peņa; Rose; and White, James.
A quorum was present.
Chairman Dutton made opening remarks and provided guidance on future committee interim hearings.
