Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 6, 2015, and permission granted on April 6, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Local & Consent Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Thompson, Senfronia, at 2:30 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Thompson, Senfronia; Clardy; Dale; Gonzales, Larry; Isaac; Muñoz, Jr.; and Springer.

 

A quorum was present.

Representative Thompson, Senfronia moved that the floor amendment to HB 685 offered by Representative Sheets be approved to be offered during consideration of the Local, Consent, and Resolutions Calendar for Thursday, April 9, 2015.  The motion prevailed without objection.

 

Representative Thompson, Senfronia moved that the following measures be transferred over to the House Calendars Committee: HB 376, HB 992, HB 1625, HJR 75.  The motion prevailed without objection.
