Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 20, 2015, and permission granted on April 20, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Local & Consent Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Thompson, Senfronia, at 1:33 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Thompson, Senfronia; Clardy; Burkett; Gonzales, Larry; Guerra; Isaac; Nevárez; and Sheets.

Representative Nevárez moved that the floor amendments to HB 280 offered by Rep. Senfronia Thompson and HB 1662 offered by Representative Frullo be approved to be offered during consideration of the Local, Consent, and Resolutions Calendar for Thursday, April 23, 2015.  The motion prevailed without objection.
