Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 14, 2015, and permission granted on May 14, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Local & Consent Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Thompson, Senfronia, at 6:01 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Thompson, Senfronia; Clardy; Burkett; Dale; Gonzales, Larry; Isaac; and Springer.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

Representative Clardy moved that the floor amendment to HB 3095 offered by Representative Thompson, Senfronia be approved to be offered during consideration of the Addendum-Local, Consent, and Resolutions Calendar for Friday, May 15, 2015.  The motion prevailed without objection.

 

Pursuant to the suspension of all necessary rules and to unanimous consent granted on May 14, 2015, Representative Isaac moved to place the following measures on the Addendum-Local, Consent, and Resolutions Calendar for Friday, May 15, 2015:  HB 103, HB 2259, HB 2487, HB 3095, HB 3139, HB 3971, HB 4185.

 

The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                           Representatives Thompson, Senfronia; Clardy; Burkett; Dale; Gonzales, Larry; Isaac; Springer (7).

 

Nays:                           None (0).

 

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

 

Absent:                        Representatives Capriglione; Guerra; Gutierrez; Muñoz, Jr.; Nevárez; Sheets (6).

 

At 6:04 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
