Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 20, 2015, and permission granted on May 20, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Local & Consent Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Thompson, Senfronia, at 1:00 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Thompson, Senfronia; Burkett; Capriglione; Dale; Gonzales, Larry;  Gutierrez; and Springer.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

Representative Gutierrez moved that the floor amendments to HB 4138 offered by Rep. Fletcher, SB 1196 offered by Rep. Frullo, SB 1394 offered by Murphy, SB 1853 offered by Rep. Phillips, and SB 2041 offered by Rep. Phillips be approved to be offered during consideration of the Local, Consent, and Resolutions Calendar for Friday, May 22, 2015.  The motion prevailed without objection.

 

Representative Gutierrez moved that the following measures be transferred over to the House Calendars Committee: SB 1168.  The motion prevailed without objection.

 

Representative Gutierrez moved that the following measures not be placed on the calendar at this time:  HCR 39. The motion prevailed without objection.
