Pursuant to a notice posted on March 3, 2015, revised on March 4, 2015, and permission granted on March 9, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Pensions met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Flynn, at 3:33 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Flynn; Alonzo; Klick; Paul; and Stephenson.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

HB 766

 

The chair laid out HB 766 as pending business.

 

Representative Paul offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

 

The chair moved that HB 766, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                           Representatives Flynn; Alonzo; Klick; Paul; Stephenson (5).

 

Nays:                           None (0).

 

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

 

Absent:                        Representatives Hernandez; Rodriguez, Justin (2).
