Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 8, 2015, and permission granted on May 8, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Public Education met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Aycock, at 12:37 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Aycock; Bohac; Deshotel; Farney; Galindo; and King, Ken.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

 

The chair directed that the May 5, 2015 minutes for the House Committee on Public Education be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.
