Pursuant to a notice posted on May 14, 2015, revised on May 15, 2015, the House Committee on Culture, Recreation & Tourism met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Guillen, at 2:51 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Guillen; Frullo; Larson; Márquez; Murr; and Smith.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

SCR 22

 

The chair laid out SCR 22 as pending business.

 

Representative Larson moved that SCR 22, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Nays:                           None (0).
