Pursuant to a notice posted on May 1, 2015, a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 5, 2015, and permission granted to meet while the house is in session on May 6, 2015, the House Committee on Special Purpose Districts met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Miller, Doug, at 8:08 a.m.
