Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 25, 2015 and a suspension of all necessary rules on May 25, 2015, the House Committee on Special Purpose Districts met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Miller, Doug, at 6:01 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Miller, Doug; Alvarado; Faircloth; Stickland; and Zedler.

 

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out SB 2057.

 

Representative Faircloth moved that SB 2057, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                           Representatives Miller, Doug; Alvarado; Faircloth; Stickland; Zedler (5).

 

Nays:                           None (0).

 

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

 

Absent:                        Representatives Fallon; Martinez Fischer (2).

The chair laid out SB 2074.

 

Representative Zedler moved that SB 2074, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
