Pursuant to a notice posted on May 1, 2015, a suspension of the 5-day posting rule and all necessary rules on May 6, 2015, and permission granted on May 6, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on State Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Cook, at 5:29 p.m.
