Pursuant to a notice posted on March 6, 2015, and permission granted on March 12, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on State & Federal Power & Responsibility, Select met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative King, Phil, at 11:41 a.m.
