Pursuant to a notice posted on April 24, 2015, a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 29, 2015, and permission granted on April 30, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on State & Federal Power & Responsibility, Select met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative King, Phil, at 9:33 p.m.
