Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 6, 2015, and permission granted on May 6, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on State & Federal Power & Responsibility, Select met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative King, Phil, at 5:20 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives King, Phil; Workman; Anderson, Charles "Doc"; Clardy; and Parker.

 

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB 422.

 

Representative Anderson, Charles "Doc" moved that HB 422, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Nays:                           None (0).

 

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

 

Absent:                        Representatives Miles; Walle (2).
