Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 21, 2015, the House Committee on State & Federal Power & Responsibility, Select met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative King, Phil, at 4:21 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives King, Phil; Workman; Anderson, Charles "Doc"; Clardy; and Walle.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

HCR 120

 

The chair laid out HCR 120.

 

(Representative Parker now present.)

 

The chair offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

 

Representative Clardy moved that HCR 120, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                           Representatives King, Phil; Workman; Anderson, Charles "Doc"; Clardy; Parker; Walle (6).

 

Nays:                           None (0).

 

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

SCR 5

 

The chair laid out SCR 5 as a companion to HCR 61.

 

Representative Parker moved that SCR 5, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                           Representatives King, Phil; Workman; Anderson, Charles "Doc"; Clardy; Parker (5).

 

Nays:                           Representative Walle (1).

 

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

SCR 37

 

The chair laid out SCR 37 as the companion to HCR 109.

 

Representative Anderson, Charles "Doc" moved that SCR 37, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
