Pursuant to a notice posted on February 19, 2015, revised on February 23, 2015, the House Committee on Ways & Means met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Bonnen, Dennis, at 8:30 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Bonnen, Dennis; Bohac; Button; Murphy; Turner, Chris; and Wray.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

 

 

The committee met for organizational purposes and to hear invited testimony.

(Representative Darby now present.)

 

(Representative Davis, Yvonne now present.)

 

(Representative Parker now present.)

 

At 9:59 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until 12:30 p.m., February 24, 2015.

 

The committee reconvened at 12:33 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Bonnen, Dennis.

 

The quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Bonnen, Dennis; Bohac; Button; Springer; Turner, Chris; and Wray.

 

A quorum was present.

 

The committee heard invited testimony.
