Pursuant to a notice posted in accordance with Senate Rule 11.10 and 11.18, a public hearing of the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Water & Rural Affairs was held on Monday, March 9, 2015, in the Capitol Extension, Room E1.012, at Austin, Texas.

The chair called the meeting to order at 12:45 PM. There being a quorum established at 12:48 p.m. the following business was transacted:

 

The following members arrived after the roll was called:

The Chair called the following agency representatives to provide an overview and update from

the Texas State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and the Texas Water Development Board.

 

 

There being no further business, at 1:58 PM Senator Rodríguez moved that the Committee be adjourned. Without objection, it was so ordered.
