Pursuant to a notice posted in accordance with Senate Rule 11.10 and 11.18, a public hearing of the Senate Committee on State Real Property Data Collect, Report & Assess, Select was held on Wednesday, September 28, 2016, in the Capitol Extension, Room E1.016, at Austin, Texas.

The chair called the meeting to order at 1:05 PM.

 

Representative Simmons called the House Committee on State Real Property Data Collection, Reporting, and Assessment meeting to order at 1:05 PM.

 

Invited testimony was provided by those designated on the attached list.

 

There being no further business, at 2:24 PM Senator Birdwell moved that the Committee stand recessed subject to the call of the chair. Without objection, it was so ordered.

 

There being no further business, at 2:25 PM Representative Simmons moved that the House Committee on State Real Property Data Collection, Reporting, and Assessment stand adjourned.
