Pursuant to HCR 56 and SCR 9, a public hearing of the Joint Committee on Government Facilities was held on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 in E1.012 at Austin, Texas.

The chair called the meeting to order at 1:30 PM. There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:

 

Representative Howard moved that the committee rules be adopted.  Without objection, it was so ordered.

 

Senator Eltife explained the Agency Requirements and Committee Guidelines.  Representative Geren moved that the Guidelines be adopted.  The motion carried with a record vote of 5 ayes, 0 nays, 0 present not voting, and 1 absent.

 

There being no further business, Senator Eltife moved that the Committee stand recessed subject to the call of the chair. Without objection, it was so ordered.
