Co-Chair Senator Nelson called the meeting to order at 1:30 PM. There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:
Co-Chair Senator Nelson made opening remarks.
Co-Chair Representative Price made opening remarks.
Members of the Committee made remarks and introduced staff.
Co-Chair Representative Price moved adoption of the committee rules. There being no objection, it was so ordered.
The Committee heard invited testimony. Witnesses testifying and registering are shown on the attached list.
Co-Chair Senator Nelson announced that the next scheduled meetings for the Committee will be held on March 31, 2016 and May 18, 2016.
There being no further business, at 2:59 PM Co-Chair Senator Nelson moved that the Committee stand recessed subject to the call of the chair. Without objection, it was so ordered.
